5.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website, nor that it or its server is free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Order Acceptance
6.1 Verbal or electronic acknowledgment of an order does not constitute order acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only when goods are dispatched or collected. We reserve the right to reject any order, in whole or part, and will notify you accordingly.
6.2 The final price will be confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier cost changes, taxes, or errors. You’ll be notified of changes and given a chance to cancel.
6.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will either contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. We are not obliged to honor incorrect prices.
6.4 Similarly, if a product is misdescribed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel. We may offer the correct product at the accurate price.
6.5 Order confirmations are sent to the email provided at checkout. Receipts will be included with your order upon delivery.
7. Paying in Installments
We partner with several installment providers:
- Klarna, Laybuy, Splitit, ClearPay, PayPal: Goods are dispatched immediately.
- Partial.ly: Goods are dispatched once full payment is received.
A 5% surcharge applies to all installment payments made via Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, Splitit, or Partial.ly.
8. Discounts and Promo Codes
Discounts are reflected directly in the product prices listed. If a discount is mistakenly applied to an ineligible item, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the difference or cancel the order. Selected items may be excluded from discounts. White Rose Direct Ltd reserves the right to end promotions at any time without notice.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Rose Direct Ltd, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
